Perhaps in 2011 after things settle down.
I know it's very early in the game to be asking.
Do you think you will be doing a Lynda.com "Channels & Masks" for Photoshop CS5 or will the One-on-One pretty much have it all?

Have you ever considered adding more videos to your blog posts to keep the readers more entertained? has anyone else had this problem??
I was following along, and after I created the folder and action, it wouldn't let me create the new layer... it showed the "can't do" sign. However, it did load the pre set Deke created, but not at first....
I'm having issues following episode #30 - actions...

Regardless of what you think of Adobe's Creative Suite 5 (it's quite good), I think you'll find much to love about my training. I've never worked so hard on a new batch of books or videos in my life.
As if that's not enough, in my "Photoshop CS5 One-on-One" video series, I walk you through the eagerly-awaited Avatar Yearbook Photo. For those familiar with my previous videos, this project takes the place of the "What Photoshop Can Do" chapter (remember The Shining?), only in three parts: I distort the face and make the skin blue in the "Fundamentals" series, explore the deep-set eyes in the "Advanced" portion, and add the war paint, foliage, and glowing bug in "Mastery." (All recorded, btw.) And as always---although I encourage you to sit back, relax, and watch me work---I give you every file and shred of information that you might need to follow along.
Next comes my favorite project (at the moment, anyhow): After having turned 48 years old , I had one of my most productive days yesterday working on my "Illustrator CS5 One-on-One: Fundamentals" video series. I woke up, shot a photograph of an intriguing mosaic tile design, turned it into a vector-based illustration, and recorded >2 hours showing you---regardless of your level of experience or measure of talent---how to draw the artwork for yourself from scratch. Just six chapters into things, I have no doubt that you can follow along with me. (It relies in part on a new CS5 feature, but even without it, I'm confident you can create this artwork, every step of the way.)
For example, here's the new project file that introduces layers in Chapter 10 of the Photoshop video series and what is now Lesson 5 of the book.
And to make matters more interesting, virtually all the content is brand-spanking new. New outlines, new projects, new everything. New new new.
Here's the skinny: I have not only recorded the entirety of my video series "Photoshop CS5 One-on-One: Fundamentals" for . I'm also halfway done with my book, Adobe Photoshop CS5 One-on-One for in cooperation with . And I am well into my video series "Illustrator CS5 One-on-One: Fundamentals," again for . In other words, things are well under way.
Adobe has made it clear that I can't tell you what those features will be. (Oh sure, Adobe itself has leaked many of the minor features, including Content-Aware Fill, which will blow you away once you see it for yourself. But I myself make no mention of Content-Aware Fill. Oh, crap, yes I did. Oops!) However, I can tell you this: I'm hard at work on creating a slew of books and videos for CS5. And that is what I'm here to share with you today.
By now, most (if not all) of you know that Adobe is updating its entire line of Creative Suite products. The net result will be Creative Suite 5. And there are the usual bazillion features to look forward to.
